The Product Development Team is Hiring Interns & Apprentices

🎯 Your mission, should you accept, is to transform the peer-reviewed sustainability content from our experts into pedagogical modules and full digital training programs that provide people with operational skills, holistic knowledge, and a transformational mindset.
The training programs you’ll work on include:
- Sustainable Engineering (Eco-Design & circular economy)
- Social sustainability
- Responsible/Sustainable Marketing
Since we also do continuous improvement of our courses to keep them up-to-date, your work might also include:
- Updating the content of current programs
- Building cases studies and operational exercises
- Building interactive content
- Building custom programs for B2B clients
- Building games/workshops to spread sustainable skills, knowledge, and mindset in "team building" kind of moments
- Developing a Sustainability Glossary - You will be the creative mastermind behind the creation of an Eco-Learn Sustainability Wiki/Glossary that will be available to all of our learners. This includes learning a new online platform, conducting corporate sustainability research, writing articles, blurbs, and definitions on sustainability topics, and designing aesthetic pages.

The projects at hand:
- Working with our French/English clients - You will interact with our French clients who want custom Eco-Learn courses built to train their teams. You will also work on developing the digital programs for these custom-made products in French.
- Designing our digital programs - You will get the chance to learn our program platforms 360Learning, Genial.ly, and Articulate and gain the skills around interactive visual communication, storytelling, and effective adult education.
- Translating digital programs - Most courses at Eco-Learn are first created in English and then translated to French. We will need you to use your French expertise for this process.
- Other potential projects in marketing and sales/business development can be discussed depending on applicants' interests.
Role requirements and stats:
- Required skills: Sustainability, French fluency, English proficiency (spoken and written), digital literacy, fast learning, and attention to detail
- Preferred skills: Design spirit, user-centric mindset, learning new online platforms quickly, super creative visually
- Experience with Genial.ly, Notion.so or Articulate Rise 360 is a big plus
- Must enjoy startup culture and work effectively on a remote-working team
- Location: Remote from anywhere or in-person in Paris
