The Marketing Team is Hiring an Intern or Apprentice (Start Date: ASAP)

• Branding: Build a strong brand that respects our values (human-centric, collaborative, academic excellence, operation, daring, humility, and ambition in the transformation).
• Press-Relations: Leverage our network, reputation, and amazing content to get publications on newspapers and media.
• Strategic marketing: You challenge our marketing strategy and communication plan to constantly improve it.
• Operational marketing: You don't hesitate to build quality content for our community, and to beta-test the ways to improve the way you distribute it to the community.
• Social media management: You can manage and improve our presence on social media and the way we interact with our community.
• Eco-Learn community: - After training learners, we take care of our people. You'll be in contact with our community to provide them services and help to shift their company or career toward sustainability (kinda like pyramidal marketing - but from the good guys for the good guys 😉).
• Segmentation: We have around 5,000 people in our community & your mission is to determine who is interested by what and what is the best way to deliver it to them.

Your mission is to use technology to talk to people about Eco-Learn at scale and get them on board. The more people we train, the more transformations we will see happening toward sustainable companies!

Role requirements and stats:

• Required skills: Sustainability background/interest, fluency in French (spoken and written), great communication, great listening skills, digital literacy, data-driven decision making,
• Preferred skills: Sustainable marketing and sustainable communication, data-driven decision making, design mindset.
• Must enjoy startup culture and work effectively on a remote-working team
