We are looking for a manager of B2B Operations of EcoLearn (Start Date : ASAP)

<aside> 🔥 Our B2B strategy is split between two streams: Sales and Operations. Together, the team looks for corporate teams interested in EcoLearn training programs, and works with them to create and deliver customized offers.

Your mission: Making sure our B2B clients are taken care of and have the best learning experience they can have (so that they keep coming back 😉)

The Tasks at Hand:

• Sales Finalizations - You’ll be responsible for writing down the offers and finalizing sales offers for B2B sales.
• Client Success - Once we win a sale, you’ll manage the coordination between the client and EcoLearn’s product development and customer success teams
• Workshop Moderation - Our B2B clients often ask for live workshops to help engage their teams while taking digital training courses. You’ll be in charge of leading these workshops.

Role requirements and stats:

• Required skills: Strong sustainability background - operationnal driven, ability to understand and navigate into big corporation organisation, fluency in French and English (spoken and written), great communication and client-facing confidence, great listening skills, digital literacy
• Preferred skills: Expertise on some CSR topics (sustainable marketing, finance, procurement, ecodesign...), data-driven decision making, design mindset
• Must enjoy startup culture and work effectively on a remote-working team

The ideal profile for this role would be a 3 to 5 years experienced CSR consultant, or a project manager in a corporate CSR department. Former experience in designing and rolling out a company’s CSR training or animation plan would be a huge “plus”.
